Gourmet dining in elegant style - strictly Glatt Kosher
You will enjoy the finest & most delicious cuisine of uncompromising quality and strict kashrut standards.
Gourmet Glatt kosher cuisine will be prepared under the direction of world renown chef Ariel Porat, Executive Chef of the famous 5 star Dan Accadia Hotel in Herzliya, Israel.
On-Board Kosher Dining in a Class of Its Own. This Kosher Cruise Operator is the only one in the world that brings its own chefs onto the ship to freshly prepare all cuisine daily on board - including main courses (as opposed to other operators who use the ship's chefs on board to finish off and garnish pre prepared and frozen main dishes).
Carefully selected world class chefs meticulously design each menu and prepare every meal on board from fresh ingredients - you will taste the difference and delight in the choice!
All meat is Glatt kosher. Our Kosher kitchen is under the full time supervision of a team of mashgichim whom we bring on-board, headed by our resident cruise Rav Mashgiach.
Your additional Jewish needs have also all been catered for, including stimulating Jewish entertainment and lectures, daily Minyanim, Shiurim and on-board rabbi to assist where needed. |
