Traditional Seder Services: In addition to a tranquil Synagogue on the hotel premises, This Passover Program offers you the extra convenience of two separate dining rooms. In one, you can make your family Seder right at your very own table. In the other you can participate in a lovely conducted Seder service.
Both beautifully appointed rooms offer you the priceless pleasure of Passover table settings perfect in every important detail. Your heart will warm at the sight of the gleaming tableware and spotless table linen that help make the occasion a truly festive one. On every table you will find Haggadahs, matzoh covers, Shmurah Matzoh, and a wide choice of the finest domestic and imported wines. Then, at the end of the Seder, you will enjoy a superb Pesach meal carefully prepared by Tom Rowling and Patrick Ponsaty (as well as the Passover staff), who as Rancho Bernardo's El Bizcocho's master chefs, have received the highest ratings for four years running by San Diego's Zagat Survey voters, as well as numerous other honors and awards.
The finest foods... Glatt Kosher and Cholov Yisroel, of course. This Passover holiday includes three delicious meals daily, freshly prepared under the rabbinical supervision of the Vaad Harabonim of San Diego. Our abundant full choice menus include numerous entrees. You will surely enjoy every meal, because you will always find at least one entree to your taste. For a feast between feasts, come to our delightful Tea Room, open from 7 am to 12 midnight. There you will find an inexhaustible supply of delicious food and beverages of every kind. The Tea Room makes a great place to meet with family and friends for chess, backgammon, a "nosh" and some pleasant conversation.
Sports & Spa at Rancho Bernardo... It's Par for the Course!
Just name your pleasure. The Rancho Bernardo Inn offers world-class golf on the only golf course in San Diego to have hosted both PGA and LPGA events. Play tennis on one of the 12 courts where John McEnroe and Jimmy Conners competed in the 1999 and 2000 Quality Challenge Tennis Tournaments. Take a dip in one of our 2 heated swimming pools, or spend a day visiting world-famous local attractions such as Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, LegoIand, Balboa Park, and Wild Animal Park - all within 20 - 45 minutes driving distance.
The Buena Vista Spa was conceived as a place where all of your cares and worries drift away as your body is massaged, soothed and pampered.
